WHO WE ARE
Paws of Hope is a student-led initiative from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMSKAL), dedicated to improving the lives of stray cats and dogs in Labuan.
We focus on spaying, neutering, feeding, and providing medical care to strays through crowdfunding and community collaboration.
Partnering with We Love Labuan Cats & Dogs and Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar Labuan, we work to create a safer, healthier environment for animals and people alike.

WHAT WE DO
At Paws of Hope, we are committed to improving the lives of stray cats and dogs in Labuan by:
-
Spaying and Neutering:
We fund and organize low-cost spay and neuter programs to control the stray animal population, reduce suffering, and prevent the spread of diseases.
-
Feeding and Caring:
Through daily feeding efforts and food bank initiatives, we ensure that stray animals receive the nutrition and support they need to survive and thrive.
-
Medical Assistance:
With the help of veterinary partners, we provide essential vaccinations and basic medical treatments to protect stray animals' health and well-being.
-
Community Awareness:
We work with local NGOs and authorities to promote responsible pet ownership, educate the public on the importance of animal welfare, and encourage compassionate action through crowdfunding and volunteering.
